  Had a request for employment information from a E Jauregui at this company - this lady was very rude, unprofessional and she is a bully. She made multiple phone calls to us (she told my boss that she would pray for her, after not getting what she wanted) and our client to get the information, even after she had been told it was sent. Very unprofessional outfit - go elsewhere, no shortage of funding companies to choose from.

  Unfortunately, your experience and review seem to be misguided. In the current marketplace for homebuyers, any potential delay in the mortgage process could result in a buyer not getting their dream home. In this situation, which you based your review on, was a request for the employment verification. Again, please understand the importance and urgency of the initial request. After the initial call, we had still not received the verification. We're sorry that the urgency of our request and multiple phone calls were misguided as aggressive/rude. Stating (it was sent) and hanging up on our team didn't correct the issue. Again, we still have not received the verification. We're also sorry that you decided to go to social media and google to write negative reviews rather than ask to share your experience with the member of our team responsible for this borrower and resolving the issue. Without knowing anything about our business, how we conduct business, or ever hiring our company to assist you with a home loan, you were very quick to label us unprofessional and attempt to direct people to do business elsewhere. We don't believe that was a fair thing to do. We take great pride in what we do, how we service our clients, and the level of professionalism we provide. There is a reason why Diversified Capital Funding has been successful in Los Altos since 1989 and will continue to be for years to come.   Connie has been wonderful to work with doing both our initial purchase and our refinance. She even reached out to us, unprompted, when interest rates were at their lowest to start the refinance process, saving us hundreds of dollars a month. Connie and her team navigated us through each step of the process and made it as painless as can be. Highly recommended!
