After the long process of getting pre-approved for a home loan Justin Molyneux completely ghosted us. He kept telling me he would get me info by the end of the day on houses we were looking at and here we are, 3 months later, and still nothing from him. Me and my wife were thinking about putting a few offers on houses but couldn't because he wouldn't respond to us. So frustrating especially with how the market is right now. You can't buy a house with a lender that doesn't respond to their clients. I would never recommend this place and definitely won't be trying to use them again. Now I have to go start the process over somewhere else.
