      I had been pretty satisfied with Diversified until around 2 months ago when they sent me a paper statement in the mail unsolicited despite my having been enrolled in e-statements since 2019. When I called them about it, I was told it was due to a sudden issue with my email address (the same email account I've been using since enrolling & to which I still have access), and since they could not deliver the statements electronically, they mailed them to me. Again, I did not request the paper statement due to the fact that I could access the same information anytime online by logging into my account. Despite my informing them of that, they have yet to reverse the fee which is very disappointing. I have parted ways with other financial institutions for less.
