      Bob Dix and associates makes filing extremely easy! This year they introduced an online portal which made it even EASIER!! Ashely has been absolutely wonderful in helping set up the portal. All you do is upload your documents and everything is easily signed electronically. Huge Thank You To Bob for always helping me each year I have been a client for over 5 years and he has always been extremely helpful and professional. Truly if you need a tax professional Bob Dix and Associates CPA are a great company to work with. His expertise is evident and I for one an happy to support a business in our community.

      Dix & Associates have been wonderful to work with in our experience. Bob has been diligent about helping us prepare and plan for our taxes. He and his team are quick to return calls and answer questions. I would also recommend supporting their local small business over traditional corporate solutions for tax filings.

      Stay away! We went to Dix and Associates after my father passed away because we knew the tax return would be complicated and we needed an expert. This was in 2017. We are still working with the IRS because of the mistakes made by this company! I contacted Mr. Dix and his associates many times to help us and received the WORST customer service! Unanswered emails, phone calls not returned and little help with contacting the IRS. I eventually had to go another tax firm to find out that Mr. Dix made a $6000+ mistake. His response? We didn't give him the right papers! I told him that is why we went to him in the first place, so he could advise us on how to file. Needless to say, I am surprised he is still is business.
