      I’ve been banking here for 5 years give or take; I’ve never had any issues at all with this location or any employee. They’ve gone above and beyond on multiple occasions with my requests. Always make me feel comfortable; although when they’re busy it may come off as rude to some as I see in these reviews. They’re humans just like me, they absolutely do what they can; at least for me they do. I love this place and I plan on staying here for years to come. The new girl behind the counter and the drive thru at the Florence location is just awesome. I like the feel & atmosphere of this credit union much more than that of the bigger banks. I went in for a small loan and was in and out in 20 minutes. What else could you ask for?! Thanks!!!

      Definitely won’t give these people my business. Inquired on a checking and a savings accounts, it showed up as a mortgage loan hard inquiry on my credit report. Got tossed around between different employees only to find out I have to “dispute it with that credit bureau”. I wish I wouldn’t known this first hand.
