I went to cash out a check there as I always do. The new ladie couldn't cash it. Because they said they don't accept consular ID.. Metter of fact the lady told me, my name wasn't in their system. I was there to cashed out a check the day before and I didn't have any problem with it. Dolex should train their new personal better. I'll not use dolex anymore.

Dolex should train their personal better on detecting fake bills, the person still uses the pen and very fast on saying this and this bill is fake... Money was withdrawn from the bank. Took money to the bank and the bank confirmed that all the bills are good. All the bills showed yellow except for some areas in the back of the bill that showed slightly brown... For this reason she said the bills were fake... I showed her the security inside the bill everything that showed that was a good bill but she insisted that the company told her that if it shows slightly brown is fake... I work in retail and it's actually stupid to rely on pens. Banks don't use them anymore because they are not reliable. I had the urgency to send money and she just made my life miserable... Not stopping here anymore and no more Dolex.
