      First of all, they never open on time and do not respect the hours they publish in bussines hours on their website. It is 9:10 am and at the door it says they will return until 1:00 pm. This reflects little or no respect for the client and the minimal professionalism of the company. And secondly, the new personal loan program is disgusting. They take a long time to respond to the application, contacting the references is another long wait, they rarely answer the phone when you call to ask for information about the process of your loan and everything to tell you that even though you have a very good credit history they only lent you $ 300 filthy dollars. If they do not have the financial solvency to start a program as serious, necessary and indispensable for the community as personal loans are, they should not even try. It is a mockery and a waste of time for people who have an economic emergency, and go to them. If you can't find responsible people to work, close better. 😡😤
