I went there trying to open an account. Waited for 45 minutes for a bald-@$$ shiny head banker who pretended to be on a hold. On a hold for 45 mn while there are customers in the branch: you either lack common sense or you dont wanna help or work ..... you waste people's time, you tarnished the image of a bank that is probably not so bad and MOSTLY you tarnish the image of us brothers and sisters making us look dumb, irresponsible, lazy and negligent. The bank next door won without eben giving a fight. The tellers were awesome and polite though

I will never go back to this location ever again. Honestly you can't get anything done here. Drive thru is a hassle and so is trying to get anything done at all. This was the closest location in the area and I needed to get something done as soon as possible but I will happily drive way out of my way now.
