      I don't think I've ever come to this branch where there was not some sort of problem. ATM eating my card, computer problems that take forever and a day to do my banking,etc. Nearly half the time I go here. Employees are fine. They are apologetic and courteous, but their systems suck.

      This bank and or its branch manager thinks everything is suspicious that walks into this bank. Will call the Parma police on you Because they feel you look suspicious. Avoid this bank in Parma at all expenses. Matter fact find another bank to do your business at. Show them how suspicious you are of them. I wanted to rate this Dollar bank institute a 0 Which I can not. A one star is to good for it. I rate it a 0.
