Drive thru now only open until 5 also, what's the point of 2 Banks, same hours? Missing the large hours

Thank you for your feedback. Our Natrona Heights Office and Natrona Heights Drive-Thru locations offer similar weekday hours. However, the drive-thru has extended hours on Fridays until 7 PM and Saturdays 9 AM - 2 PM.

Went only negative 1 in my account because I miscalculated how much my electric bill would be. They charged me 37 dollars so now I'm almost negative 40 in my account. Definitely closing this account up fast.

This places charges a 37 dollar overdraft fee if you even go negative 1 in your account. Plus a 5 dollar service fee every month compared to first commonwealth which only charges a 2 dollar service fee (only if you get your statements through mail) and if you go negative they will never charge you anything.
