  Switched to dollar bank about a year ago and I love it! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I always bring my dog in when I come, reuben, and they always make sure to give him a treat. Wonderful bank to trust with your money.

  Pulled in to a closed parking lot to run next door to pick up some tacos at 7pm , waited for my order then came out to a missing car , apparently it was towed to kuffner towing in the 15 minutes I was gone . Cost me $150 to pick up some food . What a scam . Dollar bank owes me $150 .

  We just moved to Ohio and I was looking for a good bank to open my business and personal account with, and to get a mortgage loan in the near future, I walked in to this bank as I was in need for some quarters like $25 the employee refused and the manager as well because of two funny reasons number 1 don’t have account with the bank 2- because I need to have an account so they link the exchange to my account ????? REALLY Bearing in mind I told the manager that we just moved to Ohio and am looking for a bank to open an account with but apparently she don't care or she dont know what she’s doing. Long story short I went to PNC BANK they gave me quarter’s right away. So definitely am going to open my business account with PNC. It’s funny that bank like that care about their quarters but don’t care about establishing a good customer service you guys can keep you quarters in your drawers
