      Disputed a fraudulent credit card charge in December 2020. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue by phone, I went to the branch in person. Manager contacted card services on my behalf - the issue remained unresolved despite 1.5 hours with both of us on the phone. The Police were called to the branch when I refused to leave (as it was past closing). To de-escalate the situation, I reluctantly left the premises; and she advised me to return to the branch on Monday morning so she could assist me further.

      When I visited this location, the mood of the clerks’ suggested I had interrupted their mid afternoon conversation and were not friendly. I’ve had multiple poor experiences at different dollar bank locations and with different personnel. Dollar Bank’s website and app are very low quality, and are not reliable for access or usage.
