      I have been to this Bank numourous times to take care of account (brothers ) before he died and with niece. Staff always friendly and professional. this time I opened a account for myself. The staff was excellent and Diamond was extremely professional and knowledegable.

      Excellent staff, they are friendly and funny. Always takes the time to help me with my banking needs. Never tries to sell products in my face like other banks. Parking in Oakland can be difficult but once again, the staff make it worth it when you enter.

      This used to be a great bank. Now they screw you with depositing and withdrawing things days after they are processed in order to procure overdraft fees. This bank used to be awesome, but the management has really slid down hill.
