      I went into this location to get information about a payday loan. I ended up finding out that they don't offer payday loans, but offer a way better option called the signature loan. Mele was the best! She explained everything to me and we even had a good time laughing together. She had amazing customer service Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is short on funds!! Thanks Mele!!!! :)

      I’ll never borrow another dime from these scam artist. Now on top of paying your money back you charge a $3.95 processing fee to pay online. What type of scam is this. You charge people who are trying to pay you your money back. To avoid that charge you have to physically walk in to pay. Scam, Scam, Scam. If I could give this place negative stars I would.......

      Hi Kevin! We never like to get a bad review and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this change has caused. Our credit card processor added a processing fee at the beginning of the year. We still have options to avoid these charges like stopping into any Dollar Loan Center location or setting up auto-pay payments at the store level. Hope that helps.
