  Marie was the best representative I have ever worked with! I have been in the customer service industry over 15 years and she has exceeded the standard! Marie went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the maximum amount and I appreciate her great service!

  We all have those emergencies that come up unexpectedly. I was at Dollar loan center a few weeks ago. I believe the last time was there was 2010..so yeah it's been a while. Well I completed the application for a loan, provided paychecks stub most recent. Provided ID. Everything I was asked for. The young girl there question me about a bill I cutrrently have on a dispute. Whatever. after she made a call to my employer guess what it went to their voice mail. I didn't get a loan. Wich I really needed. Her answear was I was unable to verify your employment. I was like ok thanks. Really if you're going to request all this info and know it's a little after five o'clock. Please don't waste my time and don't advertise that you guys can approve you on a loan. Thanks for all the help!!

  A very unpleasant place with a very razista staff bad attention never got the copies of the regulations that each business has bad attitude very arrogant no help that Miss Roxy very bad for the customer service very prepotent dollar loan center located in the E lake mead blv 105 Las Vegas Nevada 89156 is disgusting
