      I work at a pawn shop in Richmond Indiana, I can tell you this pawn shop is exemplary in all aspects. Inventory, customer service, display cases of display, and of course, conversation. Ben helped me with the watches, any of those genuinely happy to do so. Harvey, the owner approached me and we struck up a conversation. Customer service is truly their trade craft, more than worth it for the 40 minute drive to come out there. I'll definitely be back, maybe learn from their example.
