Our taxes were processed incorrectly so I called to have them corrected. The mistake was an amount owed to the federal government that was totally ludicrous! No one questioned it or called us. After the return was corrected I called to talk to Brent who became very defensive & said he did nothing wrong. Instead of apologizing he became angry with me for even questioning him. We will not be doing business with this office again!
