      Góodmorning to the board members I've been having trouble and difficulties with this car and loan that I have. I first want to say I have never had any issues until I decided to get this 2020 Ford explorer. Al serra and dort federal have been working together to cover up many mistakes they have made along the way with this car. They already did not want us to get it and another thing I don't understand is if I had a cosigner with a high credit score my payments are sky rocket and the APR too. I am not too familiar with these things and I was hoping that my lien lender and dealer would take care of me and get me the best rates and deals. Could you please help me do a case on this? I don't want to lose my vehicle or have bad standing with my bank. I have been stressed I have asked for help and extensions Ive been trying my best to pay my payment. I currently had a baby and was not working unemployment was not giving me any money I explained this hoping to get some negotiating done but all I received was attitude from Ms. Laura and stealing from accounts (not all the accounts my name was on just one) which didn't make any sense to me and I asked multiple times why and it could not be given an answer I don't know where else to turn or what else to do. I asked for a higher pay out to trade the car in, I do not have 15,000 or more to make up the difference I'm trying to do everything I can to make this right but I keep getting a dead in.
