      Dostal---Dostal & Kirk have been my insurance agents for almost 50 years. In that time I have had claims on my house and cars. Never once did I have a problem. They have always been courteous and friendly whenever I had contact with them. I would say 50 years is a pretty good record. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

      I have been to Dostal and Kirk on two very bad days. The first was when a deer about killed me when running into the driver's side door of my old Saturn SC-2. I went to Dostal and Kirk the next day, and they explained that I did not have collision coverage and the accident would not be covered. As they could see I was upset, they consoled me through the experience and explained what all the types of accident coverage are and what they cover. I left feeling educated and empowered. The second great experience was after another accident (this one was my fault as I rear ended someone). I knew what type of insurance I had (a full-coverage type) and Dostal and Kirk handled my claim immediately and successfully along with their partners Prgressive. Could not complain about the company even if I wanted to!
