      Working with Andrew was very unpleasant. He was condescending, rude and unhelpful throughout the process. When issues arose, he did NOT communicate in a timely fashion causing everyone involved in the transaction extreme confusion and inconvenience as well as time and money. For example, when our closing got delayed, he waited until end of business on the Friday before a holiday weekend to inform everyone, when he knew of the issue on Thursday. He then proceeded to ignore phone calls rather than address our concerns or answer our questions. He was completely unwilling to negotiate or work with everyone involved and come to a resolution.
