  Easy and fair loans. Willing to work with you to get you the most value on your items. Buying used items off the shelf is a little pricey but willing to come down as much as possible. Friendly staff that greet you as you enter. Also, text messages a week in advance of forfeiture of my property is super helpful. When I have a memory lapse and forget about my loans this is right on point for sure. I use to go to different pawn shops around town, not anymore. Pawnee a fairly pricey aluminum floor jack with a rival pawn shop couple years ago. My wife and I both couldn't remember which shop it was in (our fault we know) (need better paperwork handling yes). Called every shop in Spokane looking for it. Knew it was almost due to forfeit. Not one shop said they had it. A month later I find the paperwork for it. Called this particular shop 3 times checking if it was there, well I forfeited it of course. Just saying with text messages from Double Eagle I wouldn't have forfeited a very nice floor jack. Anyway thanks again to all the employees of Double Eagle I have had the pleasure to interact with.

  Went in there today to see Adam who was really nice and fair after having a bad experience across the street at Pawn 1 today. Double Eagle gained 2 customers today, Pawn 1 lost 2. I hope more people go to Double Eagle instead too after reading my reviews of both places! At Double Eagle they are nice, not insulting, are actually fair with their offers and are truly helpful not just pretending to be! Double Eagle you are awesome!!! Went back today, Dana was amazing and so helpful.
