  Doug and his team were kind, caring and professional. They were always available to answer questions and able to explain their expertise in clear, easy-to-understand terms.   Doug was amazing to work with. My circumstances were not straight forward by no means but Doug made it happen anyway. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process and always answered my questions promptly. As long as I have home loan needs Doug will always be my first go to guy, he's stuck with me, :-). He was so great, that I already used him twice within the last 6 months for 2 home purchases.

  As a first time home buyer purchasing a home in a different state with a co borrower in another state there were quite a few hurdles we had to overcome. Doug and his staff dealt with all our questions and concerns in a caring patient and highly professional manner. When it seemed like the process was too much to deal with I believe the Towne mortgage crew worked extra hard to reassure us and ultimately get us in our new home. I would highly recommend them especially to potential buyers in a unique situation like mine.
