  We first talked with Doug at 11:00pm at night, to put a offer on a house we fell in love with which we saw around 2 hours back, we found out that the seller was reviewing offers for the house at 10 am next morning. We went home almost lost hope on getting the house and then we reached out to Doug wondering if he will be willing to help us considering we never even spoke before and its late at night. He immediately answered the call and worked with us that night, to get us a pre-approval and we got an offer on the table by 10am and won for which I would always be grateful to him. He was LITERALLY the reason we got the house. Doug was always super responsive. I would text him at 2-3 am with questions and he answered all of them with patience. As a first time homebuyer I understood nothing about all of these legal and financial terms so there definitely were a LOT of questions. He got us the best and most competitive interest rates in the market. My husband and I personally LOVED working with Doug :)
