      Moved back here in November, have been using DECU since I moved back. The girls are awesome, customer service is over the top and it's refreshing! They spoil my pup every time he's with me, he knows he's at the bank and he knows they're his friends lol

      The phone drops are ridiculous. Customer service is fine but if you can't get thru than its pointless. I have been hung up on more times than i can count..

      We truly apologize for the inconvenience! During our Digital Services upgrade, we have been experiencing a higher call volume and have put more Team Members on phones.
