Not bad, not amazing. They close at 4 pm which is pretty inconvenient. I can only get there if I have time off during the week. Honestly I didn't even think to check what their hours were before becoming a member since I've never known a bank or FCU to close that early. My fault I suppose. They were recommended highly by a family member who works there. So far they are just good.

We do offer many digital services like mobile check deposit, online loan applications and electronic signatures, and all branches have night drop boxes to deposit checks or funds after hours. I have an auto loan through them. I set up automatic payments that never seemed to happen so I still have to pay many manually. Their hours make it difficult to make transactions. If I call within last half hour they hang up on me. I was going to open up a checking account with them, but not if I don't feel welcomed.
