My broker Luis Mendoza assisted us with our Refinancing. He went above and beyond to get the lowest APR%. A year later I asked him if we were able to remove our P.M.I from our mortgage and by the end of the day I had confirmation that we could. We started the process and again waited to get a lower APR and at the end we saved more money. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your real estate questions and or finances.
