      Had lost my id and been with credit union for atleast a year they wouldnt even make a simple account is card. And they said my id was on file. Ps im closing this account asap cuz they dont deserve my buisness ps not put your money in this credit union unless your desperate. This credit union is a union of hell.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide service or provide account information through our drive-thru without an ID since we are unable to identify the person performing the transaction. One option is for you to come in to the office so that we can visually identify you with your ID on record. While we understand your frustration, it is our fiduciary responsibility to protect our members accounts. Thank you for your understanding.
