      Great experience with Downs Financial. We worked with Shawn to secure a purchase loan for our new home in the Denver area. Our rate was very competitive and the experience was better. Shawn is extremely qualified and knowledgeable, yet very approachable and just fun to chat with. The market was very hot when we purchased our home and Shawn was happy to get on the phone with listing agents at odd hours to talk up our creditworthiness.
