      Terrible customer service. Made me feel like I was bothering them when I wanted answers about MY loan with them. Also, they consistently ignored my calls, and wouldn't call me back when I would email and/or text asking for a call, instead of tons of back and forth emails. Too many lenders out there, to deal with this terrible company. My advice is to avoid them.
