      The entire loan process was not a difficult one, but it is very automated. I guess these days people communicate via e-mail mostly. I personally don’t like that. Sometimes you want to hear a person say how things are going instead of just getting an e-mail with another request. If it weren’t for that I’d give them 5 stars.
