      Unfortunately, a good experience with Draper & Kramer was ruined when I learned today that the mortgage I just refinanced with them was transferred to PHH Mortgage, a company that has perhaps the worst customer rating among Mortgage companies. I know mortgages are transferred and I'm OK with that. Draper & Kramer made their money off the deal and I'm stuck with a mortgage company that excels at providing poor customer service. Very disappointed.

      Go with a local bank ,you will be happier and have a better overall experience .Brian Comer from D&K got me to sign on with better closing cost that soon went away and now closing cost were the same as the local credit union . After they missed 3 rate lock exp. dates and $600.00 tacked on to closing cost I stopped the application and will go back to my local credit union
