We approached Hussein to help us purchase a new house in this superhot real estate market. When I sent the contract over, Hussein reviewed it, redlined what was not possible and helped work with the seller's agent to make the agreement more practical. Hussein gave us a very good estimate on the timeline and Ritu Khan from his office started working on the documentation. She was extremely proactive and on a weekly basis, Ritu would update us, our realtor and the seller's realtor. They even worked over the long weekend to ensure we close on the date they promised.
