I was told my loan was approved . Signed documents and set up auto payment. After 1 week of being in approved status I inquired about when to expect disbursement with no clear answer. Shortly after I received an email saying they would not be servicing my loan due to inconsistencies which there are none! I’m very disappointed in how this was handled and I’m kind of relieved because the interest rate is incredibly high. They also have a large closing fee. I don’t recommend this company to fund small businesses due to their inconsistencies.

Worst loan company I have ever worked with. This was going to be our second loan with Dream spring. Our first experience was okay. We applied and got a voicemail from someone. Called back and texted for over 2 weeks multiple times and was absolutely ignored. Sent multiple emails with no response. They denied our loan for the reasons they could not get a hold of us!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! DO BOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE THEY ARE A SCAM! Will fill your credit and never call you again.
