      I WAS IN A TOUGH SPOT WITH GETTING A LOAN BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CREDIT THAT I HAD. i SPOKE TO MANY LENDERS WHO HAD LET ME KNOW THAT WITHOUT AT LEAST 3 LINES OF CREDIT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET A MORTGAGE. MY PARENTS TOLD ME TO CALL DREW MORTGAGE AND ASK FOR WAYNE, SO I DID. FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION THAT WE HAD I COULD TELL I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. WAYNE GOT ME APPROVED ON A HOME FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS HOPING FOR. I NOW HAVE CLOSED ON MY FIRST HOME AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. WAYNE WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND MADE THE PROCESS EASY.
