Please avoid this company. I was told multiple times that they can get a deal done for me no matter what my credit was. I was advised to clean up my credit and once that happens I'll be able to be approved for a loan. It took me 3 months to get my credit up. Drexel mortgage pulled my credit twice. Once to see my initial credit report and then to see the results after me cleaning it up. Once they sent my application to a bank and I was denied, I got the run around for weeks after. No taking of calls no returning of emails. Was like this company just up and disappeared. After weeks of no response I opted to go with another company. Fast forward to 4 months after no response from Terry or Prattima, I received a hard inquiry from drexel/cis without my approval. Long story short they can't get you approval if your credit isn't ideal or has an blemishes.
