  A HUGE shout out to Renata Smith! She assisted us getting us into a home! She was fantastic, always answered our questions regardless of the time of day. Renata was very patient and didn't make us feel like a number. Our credit wasn't the best and Drop Mortgage was able to work with us and get us into a home of our own. Also, like to give kudos to Summer Lee and Shane Colson for their parts in this process. They were all very helpful and quick to respond. We give Drop Mortgage a definite 2 thumbs up! Thank you Drop Mortgage!!!!

  I am a REALTOR writing on behalf of the horrific experience my buyer client had with this company. He was buying a home as an investment for his parents to live in, right next door. He also owns a few restaurants so he had some additional requirements to qualify and review. BUT, over the course of 5 months to close on this one home, we encountered numerous and continuous incompetence. At the 11th hour of the first targeted closing date, they informed my buyer his down payment funds needed to be seasoned for 2 months (gift from parents who would be residing in the home). This should have been disclosed on Day 1, but the initial loan structure was incorrect. Close of escrow was extended 3 times. 3 times! Finally closing on 12/26. 5 months after contract acceptance. The incompetence came in many forms - dropped communication, dropping of the ball repeatedly, complete lack of knowledge to the point that I had to contact supervisors and senior underwriters to get any answers. Each call to the loan officer or his partner gave way to excuses of why such and such wasn't done, who left the company, who was out of town, etc. A new supervisor who was hired on the last few weeks before closing admitted to the incompetence of his team and reassured me that the buck stopped with him. Then, the last week, he went MIA and referred communication back to his team that didn't do their job to begin with. Thankfully, the closer and my title officer were able to hustle when the days and CURE notices were sent to cancel all together. I will NEVER recommend Drop Mortgage to any client, and will 100% refer away from them. They should not be in business of lending money with their lack of customer service and knowledge.

  BIG SHOUT OUT TO , Brandon , Shaun , Yolanda . For getting my home loan approved and being very professional and prompt with any questions that I had. They explained everything to me and was such a great help during the pre , during and after escrow closed. I would highly recommend them if you have any unique credit issues. I couldn't be happier with this company and those that help me to become a home owner . THANK YOU !!! DERIK A. DILL
