I have used Drummond Bank for a year now and am very happy I made the switch. I had previously used First Federal for over 10 yrs. and never been as happy as I am here. The tellers have great customer service skills and always available to assist and explain any concerns. I also have had great experince with Brent always goes above and beyond.

Changing my review. This bank will really screw you over on the overdraft fees and not even tell you. i got busy and did not realize I was over drawn. I have over 300 in fees one and its daily fees stil racking up. Are these people crazy? I refuse to pay and will be letting it go to collections. Free checking was nice but it came with a catch. I did get my card the same day I opened an account, and Tre was very helpful. I liked the name people's bank better though, but doesn't matter. The online rewards only saves you a few pennies, and I was never able to check my balance by calling the card. They required two codes I never got, even when I asked, I had to wait to go to the bank to see my balance. So that's a trick to me because I tried online banking and it would not show my balance or transactions. It was this blank page with just their brand. Plus sides here: No monthly charges, no fees, no minimum transaction requirement. I didn't think free checking still existed. The elderly lady in there was a little rude though who sits at a side desk, but all the tellers were nice. However like I said, you gonna rack up hundreds of dollars in fees like that without even calling me or putting a hold on the account?
