      Not very friendly or neighborly. Community bank should try to help customers. Not able to notarize something for my son, I am an account holder. My son tried to open an account was Refused to open an account because no utility in his name. He has a internet bill in his name not good enough. Smh. Took them 2 days to open an account for us.
