Always the consummate professional who is on top of every last detail. Dennis is the broker you want to work with when dealing with the loan process. He came recommended to us when we purchased our first home, and we had such a pleasant experience the first time around that we immediately thought of him when we started looking for our next home. He answers every question and presents the information in a way that is palatable to a lay person. He is incredibly fast in responding to emails and gives frequent updates along the way. This second time around we had a quick, 21 day escrow, that had us worried whether we would be able to close in time, but Dennis ensured that every thing went smoothly and we closed on time. I can't recommend him enough. We will definitely turn to Dennis for any future refinancing or home purchases.
