I have not been in my home Rivers Edge for 2 years and have already had 2 problems with my AC unit. Can you imagine? First time my thermostat was obselete and outdated and now I come back from 8 day vacation and no cool air coming through. Please remember this when shopping for DSLD homes. The houses go up really really fast. Also they missed several things during the initial inspection that had to be dealt with by the 3, 6 & 12 month inspector.
