I've been a member since 2014. I have had several complaints about the customer service. They ask you entirely too many questions, and even after answering them, they still continue to question you instead of help with the issue. This has happened when I was out of state, at a store at the register, and simply at home. It's so frustrating! Im fed up and ready to bank elsewhere

Customer service is no good I ask help to verify me to connect me to apple pay getting me hard time ive been member of this bank since 2016. Asking me to many question to my birthday, ssn , account number etc and everthing until asking me what is my serial number to my iphone! Ridiculous!
