      EDIT: So its been a day since I left a bad review. Dupaco has reached out to me and are helping me rectify the situation. Even if I don't get my money back they are trying to help this time. So unfortunately it took a bad review to find the right people but they are trying. Thank you Dupaco.

      Been with bank 6 years. The customer service has plummeted the in the last two years. We have had multiple loans with this credit union, all paid off early. Never missed or late on any payments. Today we were blown off by a person at the Logan Ave branch. Going to check into Greenstate credit union.

      Cedar Falls bank is the only bank that sister Bank to my FirstLight Bank Credit union. The rest of there bank are not. I thank that is Dum‼️ because they say it cast them to much to be a sister Bank.
