  I've worked with DuPont lending for all my lending needs and have had nothing but good experiences from the first to this last. Very friendly, informative, and there for all my million questions to help guide me through the process. Closed fast too.

  Early 2020, I list my business to Covid and filed for business bankruptcy. I moved to AZ from MA to be near my grandchildren. I rented in Peoria for a year abd wanted to buy a house . But the BK was an issue. I contacted Jason DuPont from DuPont lending. They are local hard working guys and I found them on Facebook. I did my homework and found out they are legit. Jason said he and the team will work hard to get me a mortgage despite the BK. He and the team Jeff and Walter were the 2 guys that I worked with to provide them with the documents they needed. Excellent excellent hard working group of guys. Very responsible and respectful punch. Walter will be in the office for a minimum of 12 hours and Jeff was always available. They did it . They met their promise and kept their word which more than enough for me. You need a loan, contact them . You will not regret it. Thank you guys. Sam Z

  Thank you so much to duPont Lending Team for the most amazing refinance experience. I had received a call from my loan servicer (who I didn’t love) with an offer of a really great rate and a “quick close” - but when the paperwork was sent over - it didn’t match anything they had promised over the phone. I asked Walter and his team to take a look and he of course was able to get me a much lower rate, no lending fees and actually close quickly. Love the communication, service and obviously the savings that duPont Lending provided!
