My ability to deposit checks via mobile was removed because of a modified check that I received. I do not work at a bank and I don't know the rules. I just signed and deposited. Because of this my ability to deposit via mobile was removed. When they told me this after I contacted them because I saw the money was not in my account they sent me a check copy, that I had to take to another bank to cash and then come back to Dutch Point to deposit. I didn't say I'm not using them for making me go through all that trouble but they took away my ability at ease of banking for something I didn't do. I used to be happy with Dutch Point. I left my bank, came to this credit union, have direct deposit, accounts for multiple family members, 3 current car notes, a paid off car note and was going to use them for some real estate. If this is how I'm treated, then good luck to anyone opening an account brand new. I know I'm not telling anyone else to use them for anything . Let me add this to be fair. They told me the ability was removed for now but to call back in a few months to see if they will put it back. Make it Make Sense someone. Nothing about me has changed, and that one check I received was a one time transaction but I have to call back and see if I can get access... smh.
