  It was a pleasure working with Mike and his team, everyone involved was absolutely knowledgeable and professional. It was our first time buying a house, I’m glad we had Mike to educate us on the loan process and more. He and his team are friendly, patient, helpful, and dedicated to their customers. He introduced us to an excellent agent, and we were able to close the house a week earlier than expected. I appreciate Mike helping us with the lowest interest rate possible, and promised to continue monitoring the rate and reach out when it gets lower. I also like that Mike directly called and updated us along the whole process. We were always the first to know if there was something we needed to provide or if we were one step closer to finishing everything. I appreciate that because most of his emails went straight to my Spam folder without me knowing, and I didn’t find out till the very end. I never needed them because he always called and let me know first already. I believe Mike is the best in his business, and his team knows what they’re doing. I had a great experience overall, and will definitely refer Mike to everyone I know :)

  I am a realtor and had a pleasure working with Isabel. It is always important to have good mortgage team and especially in multiple offer/competitive market. Isabel delivered from day one. Got conditional approval within few days, got appraisal completed in less then a week, closed in under a month and only cause my buyers chose that date. Isabel reached out right away when received file and kept everyone informed throughout the process. Even my title mentioned how great lender is and how easy it is to work with them. Very high standard and work ethic. We had closing in South Florida and timezone difference didn’t affect for a second. Thank you for a smooth deal!
