  We loved how responsive and communicative Dylan was. We reached out to him early, before we sold our previous home. He took the time to talk us through the current market and gave us a heads up about how and when to get locked in. When we started looking for our new home, Dylan was amazingly responsive. He created customized info videos for us, did the math on multiple loan options to show us where we'd break even on a buy-down for a lower interest rate, prompted us on required paperwork, and gave us a weekly recap on where we were in the process. With Dylan, we not only get to support a local business in our new community, but we got a better-than-expected interest rate. Can't recommend Dylan and his team highly enough.
