  Al and his team are top notch. They assisted us superbly during the worst home purchase experience we’ve ever encountered. Al and his team made sure that our funding and paperwork was 10 steps ahead. If only the realtor worked as efficiently as they did. Al was there to be our sounding board when things went sour and definitely did more than any other mortgage guy would do.

  This place has HORRIBLE service! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They are NOT personable and have HORRIBLE communication skills. Let me break it down: My fiancé is a first time home buyer, so you don't know much and of course we are super excited to shop for our first home. The first time he calls Erika she seemed fine and asked for all paperwork i.e. paystubs, w-2, etc. Rick, my fiancé is a Merchant Marine which means he works 14 - 16 hours a day for four to seven months at a time. He has NO time but made time to send her over this information. I made sure I also sent her this information to her email address provided. Between us, we had to send her eight emails about the same thing. We call her, no response. We email, no response. Her response is: didn't receive anything, send it again. We find out about what is PMI.. we call her to ask her a couple of questions... nothing. Again, my fiancé doesn't have the time like a normal person working on land. He takes time to call from the ship... She also gives him a 3.65% rate for an almost 300K home loan, 5% down with her great credit score and no debt to income ration. I got so upset with the fact that we can't get a hold of her. So I decided to pay the office a visit to formally introduce myself in Rick's representation and ask her myself what documents exactly is she not receiving so I can work with her to get this process moving. I walk into the office and the lady at the front desk NOT friendly at all. It seemed as if I was a nuisance. I'm standing right in front of her, chipper because I'm excited... she asked me who I was looking for and I said " Erika, please.. " and for what? " I responded " to ask what paperwork she needed because she said she wasn't receiving it nor answering our calls or emails. The lady at the front desk said " let me call her ". I'm still standing and then says to sit... not personable at all. About 20 minutes pass by with UTTER AND PURE SILENCE, I ask her if I may see her? Lady at the front desk said Erika was in a conference. A few minutes pass by and she asks me again, " what is it that you need her again for? " I repeated myself. She goes to the back and tells me that Steven will see me. I walk in, it seemed as if the lady from the front desk didn't even mention anything. He was with his feet on top of his desk just facing his computer. I walk in and say hello, he doesn't even stand up to say hello. He gives me this blank face as if I'm nothing. He gives me this awkward feeling and asks me what do I need Erika for... explain myself ONCE more. He said the same.. that he can call me to look over whatever I needed. I said well, what papers were that she needed to continue the process. I asked him to write down my fiancé's name and he writes it and tells me he will call me. I give him my number. It has been almost one month and till this day NONE have contacted us. We went with Paramount Bank. My fiancé for it for 2.75% and 3% down. I would never recommend this place. We have family in mind buying homes and will not refer this place. Awful!!!!

  Julissa, unfortunately we did not receive your emails which makes it difficult to properly assist you. When you came in, it was during Covid and without a scheduled appointment which was required, we did our best to assist you because your Loan Officer was a pre-scheduled conference call. When you walked into my office I was not expecting anyone to walk in since we were not taking face to face appointments due to the pandeminc and you took be by surprise however I was happy to try to assist you. You wanted immediate answers which I explained I could not provide until I researched your file as I had no way of knowing what might have been received or what was not received off the top of my head. I did also reach back out to you as promised however was not able to reach you. The rate offered was for a different program than what you looked at with Paramount so it was not apples to apples and was generic because we had not yet completed the review and approval process. Regardless, we are happy you were able to complete your purchase even though we did not facilitate the transaction. Wishing you and your family all the best in your new home.
