Used to be good, but the past few times I have gone in, there are new employees I don't recognize, I suspect new management, and I get low offers, and I mean really low. Their policy is to find the item on ebay, view the lowest sold price, then offer you that (problem is this doesn't differentiate between newish items and old, or needing repair) Go to the one in Wisconsin Rapids

Pawned my guitar, complete with input cord and amp. They lost the input cord.....conveniently leaving it off the sales ticket. I thought my stuff was safe.

I am so sorry that your cord was misplaced, this does not normally happen. We always try to connect loose items with zip ties or rubber bands to keep them together with your items. If you would like to stop into our Wisconsin Rapids store we would be more than happy to replace your cord.
