Ryan has been working with me over the last 4-5 years where he first was able to secure a loan for me for my current home. Now, we purchased our second home and Ryan was right there to get the job done. The loan approval process and underwriting was smooth, with no issues. I have worked with Ryan on multiple loans (Realtor) including my own personal home loan.
