The one and only ATM is not working.

Hello Mr. Davenport, we're sorry the ATM was not working when you attempted to use it. We are in the midst of updating all of our ATM locations and this machine is scheduled for replacement in August with a new machine that should ensure longer uptime for our members and community.

Zero stars REALLY needs to be an option. I thought oh cool a location closer to AAA as I needed to replace a lost debit card, then get my overdue car tags fixed. Nope- its corporates headquarters. Didnt say that anywhere online, or the door or lobby. I was sensing something wasn't quite right as it was a small lobby with 2 locked doors and a phone. Being an optimistic person I picked up the phone and dialed the extension it told you to. Snippy rude person on other end tells me its corporate. So you NEED a bank, I prefer a credit union, but they've given so many reasons to bail I'm finally there. I'm giving up convenience, small price to pay to be respected.
